Julie also known as “Rarest Jewels” is an actress originally from Las Vegas, NV who graduated from the University of Louisville with her BS in Communications.

After working corporate and putting her dreams on the back burner she finally decided that it was time to choose her happiness first. She took a leap of faith and with God by her side she has been able to make a career out of acting in less than a year.

She has been seen on CBS, Netflix, Apple TV, Amazon Prime, BET & more. She has worked with talent such as Usher, Wesley Snipes, Taraji P Henson, Ludacris, Wayne Brady, Jay Balvin, Jon Taffer, Judge Mathis & Judge Judy! With a passion for acting and modeling she has been able to make it her full time job!

Her goal is to one day have a reoccurring role in a television series and become a talent agent for others aspiring this career!
